Overview
For any customer working on a Premium Fieldwire Subscription Agreement with our sales team, you can now review, activate, and update your Fieldwire subscriptions via Hilti Online. This guide covers a few options you have to cater your Fieldwire billing setup to your company's needs, and exactly what you need to do to in Hilti Online to activate each type of contract we offer.

Create a Hilti Online Login (First-Time Only)

PayCenter - View Invoices for Download and or Payment
Create a Hilti Online Login (First-Time Only)
To activate your Fieldwire subscription, you must first register (create a login) for Hilti Online, if and only if you don't already have one.
1. Navigate to the Hilti Online log in/register page.
- United States (US) - https://www.hilti.com/ and click Login/Register or click here.
- Canada (CA) - https://www.hilti.ca/ and click Login/Register or click here.
You can also get to that page by clicking the "ACCEPT AGREEMENT" button in your Subscription Activation email (if you're paying via invoice), or the "Here" link in your Preview Hilti Quotation email (if you're paying via credit card).
2. Click the REGISTER NOW button:
3. Enter the email address you want to use to log in to Hilti Online (we recommend using the same email address you plan on using to log in to Fieldwire) and create a password.
Check the box to confirm you have read the Terms and Conditions. Then click the "Continue" button:
4. Once you click CONTINUE, you will see this message, confirming an email has been sent to you that includes a 6 digit verification code you need to enter to validate that you have access to the email address you used to sign up:
Enter the code, and your Hilti Online Account setup is complete!
5. Now re-locate your Subscription Activation email (if you're paying via invoice), or your Preview Hilti Quotation email (if you're paying via credit card).
Can't find that email?
- Click your Name/Account ID at the top of your Hilti Online page to view Account Management or Personal Information.
Under the Account Management tab, you'll see links to Orders, Quotes, Your Subscriptions, PayCenter, etc.
- Click Your Subscriptions to activate the subscription.
- Note: Quotes will need to be converted for payment before the subscription will appear.
- Click Orders and tracking to view order details.
- Click Quotes to pay by credit card and then activate the subscription.
- Click PayCenter to view, download, and pay invoices.
Activate via Invoice
Click "Accept Agreement" in your Subscription Activation Email
For accounts that have a credit limit in place for invoicing.
An Order will be placed and only requires the subscription to be activated under Your Subscriptions.
If you received a Quote, then see the next section on how to convert a quote to an order for payment by credit card.
Within an hour or two of confirming the details of your Fieldwire contract with your Sales Representative, you'll receive an email from hilticloud@hilti.com to Activate your Premium Subscription with subject line, "Just one final step and your Fieldwire subscription is activated!".
Click the ACCEPT AGREEMENT button to navigate to the Hilti Online portal or one of the direct links below:

If you already have a Hilti Online Login, proceed to sign & activate your subscription.
If you don't already have a Hilti Online Login, follow our instructions to create your Hilti Online login to quickly set up your email address and password.
Sign & Activate Your Software Subscription
Reminder: if you don't yet have a Hilti Online account, first follow these instructions to create your account (just an email and password) and then come back to this section to proceed.
1. If you are already logged in to Hilti Online, you will be taken directly to your Pending Fieldwire Subscription to review and sign. Skip to Step 3.
If not, you'll be directed to enter your email and password to log in to Hilti Online:
2. Once you click LOG IN, you'll be directed to the Hilti Online YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS page*, where you'll see your Pending Fieldwire Subscription.
- Click ACTIVATE:
*If, for any reason, you land on a different page in Hilti Online, just click your Name/Account ID at the top of your Hilti Online page to view Account Management or Personal Information tabs.
- Click Your Subscriptions under Subscriptions to view the agreement and activate the plan.
3. Click CONTINUE:
4. Review your contract, check the box to accept the Agreement, and click Activate subscription*:
*If you see any issue with your contract, please contact your Fieldwire Sales Representative. They'll let you know if you need to "Decline & delete subscription" for us to make the relevant correction, on a case-by-case basis.
5. Once you click Activate subscription, you'll get this success screen confirming that you're all set:
Your part is now complete! Within 2 hours, you'll receive an email from support@fieldwire.com confirming that we've completed setup of your Fieldwire Premium Account.
Activate via Quote
Click "Here" in your Preview Hilti Quotation Email
Within an hour or two of confirming the details of your Fieldwire contract with your Sales Representative, you'll receive an email from "[your_region]-sales@hilti.com" with subject line, "Preview Hilti Quotation [Your Quote ID]" to convert your quote to an order, pay with your credit card, and activate your Premium Subscription.

If you already have a Hilti Online Login, proceed to convert your subscription quote with changes.
If you don't already have a Hilti Online Login, follow our instructions to create your Hilti Online login to quickly set up your email address and password.
Convert Your Subscription Quote "with Changes" & Input Credit Card Details
Reminder: if you don't yet have a Hilti Online account, first follow these instructions to create your account (just an email and password) and then come back to this section to proceed.
1. If you are already logged in to Hilti Online, you will be taken directly to your Pending Fieldwire Quotation to review and convert. Skip to Step 3.
If not, you'll be directed to enter your email and password to log in to Hilti Online:
2. Once you click LOG IN, you'll be directed to the Hilti Online Quotes page*, where you'll see your Pending Fieldwire Quote.
*If, for any reason, you land on a different page in Hilti Online, just click your Name/Account ID at the top of your Hilti Online page to view the Account Management or Personal Information tabs.
- Click Quotes under Orders to convert, pay, and activate the subscription.
3. Click the red arrow button on the right side of your Fieldwire quotation:
4. Review your summary page of the quote that will be converted to an order, and click the "Convert with Changes" button.
- WARNING: clicking "Quick Convert" will not give you the option to pay with your credit card!
5. Select Other payment options on the Quote conversion screen:
6. Fill in your Credit Card details and click the SUBMIT button:
7. Click the red CONTINUE button.
8. Review your order on the final summary page, then scroll down and click the SUBMIT ORDER button to complete your payment:
9. Click Activate Subscription on the order payment success page:
10. Click CONTINUE:
11. Review your contract, check the box to accept the Agreement, and click Activate subscription*:
*If you see any issue with your contract, please contact your Fieldwire Sales Representative. They'll let you know if you need to "Decline & delete subscription" for us to make the relevant correction, on a case-by-case basis.
12. Once you click Activate subscription, you'll get this success screen confirming that you're all set:
Your part is now complete! Within 2 hours, you'll receive an email from support@fieldwire.com confirming that we've completed setup of your Fieldwire Premium Account.
PayCenter - View Invoices for Download and or Payment
Accounts can view, download, and pay invoices through PayCenter when logged into Hilti Online.
To go to PayCenter:
Click your Name/Account ID at the top of your Hilti Online page to view Account Management or Personal Information.
Under Documents column of the Account Management tab, you'll see a link to PayCenter.
