Overview
Fieldwire users on a Business or Business Plus Subscription have the option to set up integrations between their Fieldwire account/projects and their accounts on various other programs including Google Drive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Hilti On!Track, and more. The integrations feature allows you to pull the content of one app to Fieldwire, or to export the content of Fieldwire to another app. However, during these integrations, there are errors that you may encounter. This article will help you identify what causes those errors and next steps on what you can do to resolve them.
Common Issues & Resolutions

Google Drive & Sharepoint | During an ongoing sync, the synced folder was deleted |
You'll see an error message stating the following: “This automation has stopped because your folder was deleted in Google Drive/Sharepoint..." |
Ensure that you do not delete the SharePoint/Google Drive folder you have synchronized with Fieldwire. |
Google Drive & Sharepoint | Adding a file >200MB |
This particular file is not transmitted because you cannot have >200MB in the Files tab. |
Compress the file if possible to be smaller than 200MB. Or, if it's a PDF, upload the file to the Plans tab. |
Sharepoint | During an ongoing sync, the synced folder was moved or renamed |
You'll see an error message stating the following: “This automation has stopped because your folder was moved or renamed in Sharepoint. Please create a new automation..." |
Ensure that you are not moving or renaming the SharePoint folder you have synchronized with Fieldwire. |
Sharepoint | Attempting to use a version of Sharepoint that is not Sharepoint online |
Versions of SharePoint other than Sharepoint online are not supported and won't work properly. |
Ensure you are using Sharepoint online to establish your connection. |
Google Drive | Attempting to sync a Google Sheet or Google Docs | This particular file won't be transmitted. | Ensure you don't attempt to sync these types of files. |
