For any customer working on a Premium Fieldwire Subscription Agreement with our sales team, you can now review, activate, and update your Fieldwire subscriptions, invoices, and more via Hilti Online (HOL). This guide covers a few resources for managing your Fieldwire subscription and invoices that are always available to you in HOL once you've activated your Fieldwire subscription, and our companion guide covers the minimum necessary steps you need to take in order to activate a new Fieldwire subscription in the first place.

How to View Invoices and Subscription Billing Info
1. Log in to Hilti Online
2. Click on “ORDERS” next to your name:

Scroll down on your "ORDERS" page until you see the relevant Order - the "PO" column is especially helpful here, as you can locate your custom PO number, or else the default PO for Fieldwire subscriptions is always formatted as "FW C#####". Click the kebab (three vertical dot) icon on the far right:
4. Click "REQUEST COPY OF INVOICE" to get a fresh copy of your invoice sent your way:
You can also click "VIEW ORDER DETAILS" to see your purchaser contact and the current Billing address on file for your invoices:
You can also click "VIEW ORDER ITEMS" to see details of your Fieldwire subscription, including your tier, price, sales tax, auto renewal (infinity) vs manual renewal (fix time) setup, and more:
