Overview & Background
Fieldwire’s EULA (End User License Agreement) is something that all Fieldwire users agree to when they sign up.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use one copy of the App downloaded directly from Fieldwire or from a legitimate marketplace.
Sharing credentials or logging in under a different user’s account breaks the EULA.
Fieldwire is not responsible for data loss or sync issues if the account is in violation of this agreement.
Violation of the User Agreement
If our system detects more than three unique mobile devices associated with your account within 24 hours, you will be notified that you are currently breaking the EULA.
At Fieldwire, we allow plenty of log-ins to cater to personal use-- (e.g. laptop, desktop, tablet, cell phone). However, we need to ensure that users do not share credentials.
If you have received a notice, please reset your password to avoid other individuals logging into your account. Alternatively, you can invite other individuals to Fieldwire in order for them to have their own unique account information.
Accounts that continue to violate our EULA will become suspended.
