View and Navigate 3D Models (Mobile)

Overview and Background

There are a few different ways to Navigate 3D Models in the BIM viewer on the mobile version of Fieldwire. There are certain gestures to use to navigate throughout different parts of the model.

This article covers all the ways you can navigate around and through your 3D models in Fieldwire. 
 
Note: To view larger 3D models, we recommend having at least 4GB of RAM on your device. 
If you are trying to view a larger model on a device with less than 4GB of RAM, Fieldwire may crash.
To remedy this, try the following: 

1. Clear any background apps to free up memory.
2. Split a model into smaller models to view on mobile.
3. Upgrade your device with more memory/RAM.
