When I try to add a shape, line, or scribble markup to a plan, the markup disappears for a moment. This gives the indication it was not created:
The markup 'flashing' occurs when syncing is in-progress. If the app is still syncing, the markup can flash for a moment before it posts.
How to Fix
To ensure that the markups, 'stick', a bit more expeditiously, follow these steps:
1. Let Fieldwire fully sync all of your project content. You will know the app is done syncing when there is no blue line at the top of the screen. To ensure the content is fully downloaded on your device follow the download steps in these articles:

You can also follow the steps in the help article below to ensure that your content will more expeditiously sync, even if you only have access to cellular data or a weak wifi signal:
2. Go offline to create markups, meaning, disable WiFi, and Cellular Data on your device when you create markups. After you've created the markups, re-enable WiFi or Cellular Data to ensure the markups will sync, and push to the Web version of Fieldwire.
Note: If Fieldwire was running while you were connected to Cellular Data or Wifi you will have to close the app, disable Cellular Data or WiFi, and re-open the application. If you disable WiFi or Cellular data while the app was open, the app will be left in a syncing state and the issue will still occur.
