Question
I want to upload a photo from my mobile device to my Fieldwire Mobile App, but I keep getting this error message: "Could not add photo(s). iCloud photos need to be saved on the device before being added on Fieldwire."
And/or I am trying to upload a photo from my computer to the Fieldwire Web App in a task but I keep getting this error message: "FAILED WHILE UPLOADING TRY AGAIN"
Answer
These error messages are different from each other and each have a distinct solution.
Mobile:
The iCloud error message means that the selected photos are stored on iCloud - the photos will need to be saved from iCloud onto your mobile device, and then you can upload from your device to the Fieldwire Mobile App:
Web Browser:
The "failed while uploading" error message means that there is a local with your browser that is stoping the photo from uploading.
