4PS by Hilti

• Users integrating with this ERP system will be able to create Fieldwire projects directly from 4PS and automatically import their 4PS documents into the Fieldwire Files tab.
• This integration DOES require Fieldwire API access.

ArcGIS Online

• ArcGIS is a powerful mapping and spatial analytics platform that helps organizations visualize and analyze location-based data.
• This integration does NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

Box, Dropbox, & OneDrive

• Users can sync Fieldwire projects with Box, Dropbox, or OneDrive, enabling automatic file uploads and updates between the cloud storage platform and Fieldwire.
• These integrations do NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

BoxLock

• Users who integrate Fieldwire and BoxLock will experience a real-time integration for lockout tagout (LOTO) on single-line drawings, bringing more visibility and accountability overall.

Datagrid

• The Datagrid + Fieldwire integration allows you to pull Task, Project, Checklist, Floor Plan, and other project data directly into Datagrid for no‑code transformation and visualization.

Egnyte, Google Drive, & SharePoint

• Users can effortlessly access important documents anytime, online or offline, by integrating Google Drive, SharePoint, or Egnyte with Fieldwire.
• Users can connect their accounts and sync documents to your Fieldwire project's Files (Google Drive, SharePoint, and Egnyte) and Plans (Google Drive and SharePoint).

Google Calendar & Outlook

Hilti On!Track

• Utilizing this integration will allow users to automatically create Fieldwire projects for all of their locations (jobsites) within On!Track, which eliminates the need for redundant data entry.

Jobotics AI

• The Jobotics integration allows Jobotics to analyze selected project documents stored in Fieldwire, such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and safety logs, and publish a consolidated Jobotics Risk Report back into each Fieldwire project.

Microsoft Entra ID

• Users who utilize this integration with Fieldwire will be able to quickly sync a group of users that exist in Entra ID directly to Fieldwire.

Microsoft Project

• By integrating Fieldwire with Microsoft Project, you can manually import and update your Fieldwire tasks based on a MS Project planning (.mpp) file.

Microsoft Teams

• Users that integrate Microsoft Teams with Fieldwire will be able to receive real-time notifications on form status updates across all of your projects.
• Users can stay instantly informed as your team submits daily reports, safety forms, and other critical documents.

Quickbooks Online

• This integration allows project teams to compare budgeted vs. actual spend in near real time without double entry. Expenses such as bills, invoices, and payroll entered in QuickBooks Online are automatically converted into Actual Costs in Fieldwire, helping teams understand how much has been spent and how much budget remains.
