Box, Dropbox, & OneDrive

• Users can sync Fieldwire projects with Box, Dropbox, or OneDrive, enabling automatic file uploads and updates between the cloud storage platform and Fieldwire.
• These integrations do NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

• Users can effortlessly access important documents anytime, online or offline, by integrating Google Drive, SharePoint, or Egnyte with Fieldwire.
• Users can connect their accounts and sync documents to your Fieldwire project's Files (Google Drive, SharePoint, and Egnyte) and Plans (Google Drive and SharePoint).
• These integrations do NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

• When users integrate Fieldwire with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, they can automatically import and track tasks in a centralized cross-project dashboard.
• These integrations do NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

Microsoft Teams

• Users that integrate Microsoft Teams with Fieldwire will be able to receive real-time notifications on form status updates across all of your projects.
• Users can stay instantly informed as your team submits daily reports, safety forms, and other critical documents.
• This integration does NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

BoxLock

• Users who integrate Fieldwire and BoxLock will experience a real-time integration for lockout tagout (LOTO) on single-line drawings, bringing more visibility and accountability overall.
• This integration DOES require Fieldwire API access.

  • Send task data (Create LOTO task locations) -> BoxLock

Microsoft Entra ID

• Users who utilize this integration with Fieldwire will be able to quickly sync a group of users that exist in Entra ID directly to Fieldwire.
• This integration does NOT require API access or an API token from Fieldwire.

API Integrations

• Users can leverage our API for a wide range of actions, including data extraction, conducting data analysis across multiple projects, automating project setup, and syncing with other platforms.

Power BI

• Users can enhance their cross-project analytics by utilizing the Power BI integration with Fieldwire
• The integration offers four dashboard views: Project Overview, People Overview, Checklist Items, and Forms Overview
• This integration DOES require Fieldwire API access.

4PS by Hilti

• Users integrating with this ERP system will be able to create Fieldwire projects directly from 4PS and automatically import their 4PS documents into the Fieldwire Files tab.
• This integration DOES require Fieldwire API access.

Hilti On!Track

• Utilizing this integration will allow users to automatically create Fieldwire projects for all of their locations (jobsites) within On!Track, which eliminates the need for redundant data entry.
• This integration DOES require Fieldwire API access.

• This integration for these ERP systems allows users to synchronize their project data.
