Overview
If you're a member of a Fieldwire account with Business or Business Plus subscription access (more info here: How to upgrade to a Pro, Business, or Business Plus account), and you want to view your tasks on Outlook Calendar, this integration is for you!
Account Managers can generate calendars that are easily imported via URL link to either of the calendar applications. If you have tasks on several different projects, you now have a way to quickly and easily view all of them at once, or filter by one or more calendars to obtain a clear visual of what lies ahead.

FAQs
When should I expect to see changes I made in the Fieldwire app reflected on my calendar?
It can take up to 24 hours for your changes to be displayed in your calendar app:
Can I create a calendar for any user and any project?
If the user and the project are both on your account, then yes, you can!
Who can see the calendar I created?
Anyone with the URL can view your calendar, so it is technically public.
What if one of my account users has a different calendar app besides MS Outlook or Google Calendar?
Although we don't support other calendar apps at this time, the URL should still be importable.
Is there a limit to how many tasks I can have per calendar?
Yes; you can have up to 2,000 tasks per Google Calendar, and 5,000 tasks per Outlook Calendar. If you surpass one of those limits, the tasks that are furthest in the future are not included.
After I mark a task as "Verified", does it still display on my calendar?
No, any "verified" tasks will be removed.
