Undo Button for Plan Markups on iOS & Android (January 2022)

All users now have the ability to undo markups on their plan sheets with the "Undo" button on their Android and iOS devices. This is the same button that allows you to undo markups on the Web.

Batch Add Task Watchers (February 2022)

All users have the ability to batch edit the watchers that are on their tasks. Currently, users can only batch add watchers to tasks, watchers cannot be removed from multiple tasks at once.

Forms

Multiple Contributors in Forms (January 2022)

Admins can set the permission of a form template so ‘All users’ can edit form sections. Once the form template permissions are updated, the next time this form is created all users will be able to update the sections of the form -(lists, tables, attachments, & signatures). Form assignees (as well as admins and creators) will still be responsible for updating all form attributes (status, assignee, description, date, & due date)

Multiple contributors in forms will remove the friction in form adoption where multiple people are needed to fill out the form. Admins and assignees will no longer need to re-assign the form to get all the most up-to-date and relevant information.

Form Due Dates (January 2022)

The form creator can add a 'Due Date' to indicate the expected day the form will need to be completed by. Any assignee and the admin can update the date after the form has been created.

Restore Deleted Forms from the Trash Tab (February 2022)

Forms within a project can be recovered by Project Admins from the Trash tab. If a Form is deleted, it will be in the Trash tab for 30 days during which, it can be restored. However, after 30 days, the Form will be permanently deleted.

RFIs


Distribution List for RFIs  (January 2022)

When a user is accepting an answer and closing an RFI, they will now have the option to notify users outside of the 2 companies involved in the RFI. By adding users to the distribution group, they will receive an email notification regarding the RFI in case it may affect their work. We will list out the users that receive the notification in the activity log

Email Reminders for RFIs (January 2022)

Due Date Email reminders for RFIs: When assigning an RFI from "Draft" to "Open", you now have the option to send automatic email reminders to the RFI assignee about upcoming due dates. By leaving the checkbox checked, the assignee will receive an email notification 48 hours prior to the due date, reminding them that it the RFI is due soon. This way, the submitter does not have to manually follow up with that person reminding them of the due date.

Determine 'Working Days' under Project Settings (January 2022)

Project Admins can set 'Working Days' under the Project Settings tab - any non-working days will be excluded from the Calendar, Gantt Chart, and within any Manpower calculations.

Support for the Polish language on Web (January 2022)

Any user can now set the language for their Fieldwire instance to Polish without affecting the other users on the project.
