Filtering Plans by Time (June 2022)

Your plans can now be filtered by Time! In this case, Time means when plans were added, modified (new version or new markups), as well as the date range which works exactly the same as the date range in our task filters. This will allow you to coordinate more easily with the Plan Update Notification you receive whenever a plan is updated the previous day.

Create Custom Task Attributes under Project Settings (April 2022)

_40___Install_card_reader_Room_709___Demo_Project_-_Electrical.pngCustom Task Attributes (CTAs) allow Business tier users to add attributes to track project-specific data and disable unneeded attributes. They allow users to customize their tasks to track project-specific information, whether it’s estimated man-hours vs actual man-hours, task completion percentage, or something entirely different. Project Admins can create and edit Custom Task Attributes under the Project Settings tab.

Restore Deleted Tasks From the Trash Tab (April 2022)

All Project Admins on Premium level Accounts are now able to restore their deleted Tasks from the Trash tab as long as the Tasks are restored within 30 days. When Tasks are restored, they retain their messages and attachments. In addition, if the Tasks were pinned to a plan, when they are restored, they get restored to their previous location on the plan sheet.

Batch Edit (Add/Remove) Task Watchers (May 2022)

Expanding upon our feature release from February, now, all users can edit (add/remove) watchers on multiple tasks at once by using the 'Batch edit' feature within the ‘Tasks’ tab.

Filtering Tasks with Custom Task Attributes

Custom Task Attributes can now be used when filtering tasks! This will help you narrow down your tasks to information that's specific to the CTA. To do so, you'll navigate to the Tasks tab, and click on the "Filter tasks" button. From there, you'll notice that any Custom Task Attribute that is toggled "on" will show up as an option by which to filter tasks.

Form Calculations (April 2022)

Project Admins can run calculations on the 'Decimal' and 'Integer' entry type variables in Form Tables. They can do so in the form template.

Update 6/7/2022: Project admins can add a "Total" row to Form tables to quickly sum or average table values input by assignees and contributors. Form contributors will see the calculations dynamically update based on their inputs as they fill out their forms in the field.

Form Signatures Include Company and Job Title

The Form signature of any user signing as themselves will now include that user's Company and Job title in order to provide more transparency and clarity to the person who is viewing the form.

Form Due Date Notifications (May 2022)

Form Assignees are now able to receive email and in-app notifications when a due date set on a Form is 48 hours away. In order for the Form Assignee to receive the email and in-app notifications, the form must have an ‘Assignee’, a ‘Due Date’, and be in the ‘Draft’ or another ‘Editable’ status. If the assignee is set up to receive email and in-app notifications, they will receive the due date notification at 5 am, 2 days before the due date.

RFIs

Create and Fill RFIs on iOS (April 2022)

Premier level users with access to the RFIs module are now able to create and fill out basic information for the RFI. This includes being able to add Questions, the Due Date, and Attachments while out in the field.

Support for the Czech language on Web (June 2022)

Any user can now set the language for their Fieldwire instance to Czech without affecting the other users on the project.
