Can I send a report from my mobile device?

Overview & background

 

Yes you can! In order to send a report from your Fieldwire app, you'll first have to create a report template by generating a report on web. Once a report template has been created, you can very quickly distribute the report from your mobile device (both Android and iOS/iPhone/iPad).

Step by step instructions - sending a report on an iPad or iPhone 

 


1. Launch your app and select Tasks

2. Select the export icon
(on Android, this will be the printer icon at the top right of the screen)

3. This will reveal your report templates. Choose the correct report.

4. Add recipients

5. You can remove recipients by long pressing on the name
(iOS only)

6. Press 'Send' and you'll see the
following notification
