If you accidentally deleted a Fieldwire project, email support@fieldwire.com as soon as possible. You will not be able to restore a deleted project yourself from the Fieldwire web or mobile apps. Our Support Team needs to do it for you.
What to include in your email
The exact name of the deleted project
Your role on the account (account owner, account manager, or project admin)
Requirements for restoration
All of the following must be true for a project to be restored:
The project was on a paid subscription (Pro, Business, or Business Plus).
The project was deleted less than 30 days ago. After 30 days, plan sheets and other data begin to be permanently removed.
The request comes from the account owner, an account manager, or a project admin on the deleted project. If you don't have one of these roles, CC someone on your team who does.
What data cannot be recovered
Even if the project is successfully restored, the following data is permanently lost when a project is deleted:
Project Notifications
Project Labels
Account Report Templates
Specifications
RFIs
Submittals
Tip: Use Archive instead of Delete
If a project is no longer active but you may need it later, use the Archive feature instead of deleting it. Archived projects can be unarchived at any time with all data intact.
