Question
I have just finished a project and no longer need to use Fieldwire. I've already canceled the paid subscription; what are my options for my account?
Answer
Though you may want to delete your account after you cancel, you can keep a free Basic Fieldwire account for as long as you'd like. Your project data will remain safely stored, and you can access it again in the future if you decide to use Fieldwire on your next project.
Basic accounts have a content threshold of 3 projects, 5 users, and 100 sheets. If you downgrade from a Business Plus, Business, or Pro account to a basic account, your project content will likely exceed the content threshold. (You would still be able to log into Fieldwire, but your projects will appear as "blocked", meaning that they cannot be viewed or interacted with).
However, your data is safe and secure on Fieldwire; your project plans, files, forms, tasks, and other data will be stored on our servers and available when you need them.
Prior to downgrading, consider exporting all of your project content to your computer. This will provide you with hard copies of your plans, tasks, files, and forms.
To downgrade to a Basic plan, please refer to these steps:

How to unsubscribe from Fieldwire emails
If you wish to stop receiving Fieldwire emails, please follow the 'unsubscribe' link located towards the bottom of any automated email from Fieldwire. (Example: plan notification update emails).
After you select 'here', you can choose to unsubscribe yourself from "Invoices and project emails" and/or "Tutorials and Marketing emails":
This opens a ticket with the Fieldwire Support team, who may ask you to confirm these choices; they will facilitate the unsubscribe request on the back end.
If you re-upgrade in the future, please contact support@fieldwire.com, and we will resubscribe your email to our mailing lists.
