I selected the "Files" checkbox on the detailed report template; however, files don't appear in my report. What am I missing?

Answer
When files are uploaded to Fieldwire, they are attached to the message section of the tasks. How files appear in your detailed report depends on which checkboxes are selected in the report template:
"Files" is checked: File hyperlink messages are displayed. Clicking a file will download it. PDFs under 2.5 MB are also displayed directly in the report, just after the task.
"Files" is unchecked but "Messages" is checked: File hyperlink messages are still displayed (clickable to download), but files are not embedded in the report itself.
"Files" and "Messages" are both unchecked: No file information is displayed.
Note: The 2.5 MB size limit applies to PDFs being displayed inline in the report. PDFs larger than 2.5 MB and non-PDF files are always accessible via their download hyperlinks when "Files" or "Messages" is checked.
