How do I change the Account Owner?


Has your Account Owner left the company? Are they on leave? There are plenty of reasons why you may need to transfer your account ownership to a colleague or team member. This is a very simple process:

1. Log on to the web version of Fieldwire.

2. Select the "People" tab on your project dashboard.

3. Select the appropriate Account Manager, and change their status to "Account Owner". Note that only other Account Managers can do this.

4. Be sure to update the credit card details if necessary.
