How to Sign Up for Fieldwire – Knowledge Base

Overview

If you're interested in using Fieldwire and wish to create your own account, this article is for you! (If you were invited to a Fieldwire project, but do not have an account yet, please follow the steps in this help article first: Q&A: I've been invited to a project, what do I do next?).

You can sign up for Fieldwire on the web, iOS, or Android. Please note that if you create a profile via any of these three options, you'll use the same email and password combination across all platforms.

Sign up for an Account on Web

To sign up, follow this link to create an account. Enter the following details:

First and last name
Work email address
Your 8-character password

Once this is complete, select 'Create account':

When you click this button, a popup will appear:

Open your email client of choice and click into the email you received from us, titled "Verify your email address". It will look like this:

From here, click the blue button for "Verify my email". You'll be automatically redirected back into the Fieldwire app to enter the following information:

Company name
Company type
Number of employees
Phone number and country code

Click 'Complete' to finalize your account signup. You are now ready to begin using Fieldwire!

Sign up for an Account on iOS

If you prefer to sign up via your mobile device and you have downloaded Fieldwire for iOS from the App Store, open the app and choose 'Sign up' from the login page:

Here you can enter the following details:

First and last name
Work email
Your 8-character password

After you select 'Next' you'll enter:

Company and company type
Phone number
Employee count

Choose to 'Complete' the profile set-up, and you'll be led to the project dashboard on iOS. We typically recommend setting up projects on the web. Take a look at these articles for more details:

Sign up for an Account on Android

If you prefer to sign up for Fieldwire via your mobile device and you have downloaded Fieldwire for Android from the Google Play Store, open the app and choose to 'Sign up' from the login page:

Next, you'll be prompted to enter the following:

First and Last name
Your Work email
Your 8 character password

After you choose 'Next', fill out these fields as well:

Company
Company type
Phone number
Employee count

Select 'Sign Up', and you'll be led to the project dashboard on Android. We typically recommend setting up projects on the web. Take a look at these articles for more details:
