Project Dashboard/Homepage
Project Templates (June 2024)
Our template tools have expanded to include projects as a whole! Now you can set up a project just the way you like, and then create a template directly from that project. Your template can include categories, settings, task attributes, and much more - allowing you to quickly generate multiple projects with identical components.

Forms
Plan and Task Links (June 2024)
Have you ever wanted to associate your forms with specific tasks or plan sheets? Now you can easily do so! For tasks, you can either link the form within the task interface, or you can select an existing task/create a new task on the form side from our new sidebar.
For plans, create your form hyperlink on the plan sheet. When you open the form, you'll see the linked plan displayed in the sidebar under Links.

Project Management
Reviewers on RFIs (June 2024)
If you need to have more than one person reviewing and contributing to RFIs, this update is for you! Choose any available users from the "Reviewers" drop-down (or choose to add a new user). This function allows multiple users to add responses to the RFI (web only at this time).

Reviewers on Submittals (July 2024)
Similar to the Reviewers feature for RFIs, you can also choose multiple users besides the Assignee to contribute to submittals. Whenever a user is designated as a Reviewer, they are also automatically set as a Watcher on the submittal. (Only the Assignee response is required in order to close out the submittal).

Microsoft Teams (September 2024)
Our latest integration endeavor introduces an automation for Microsoft Teams! If your company uses Teams to communicate on the job, you can set up a notification that is triggered whenever a form's status is changed in Fieldwire. You can tailor the automation to include specific types of forms.
