I've been invited to a project, what do I do next?
Answer
When you're invited to a project, you are sent an email invitation and a link to the project.
Existing Customers
If you already have a Fieldwire account, simply log in to Fieldwire (on the web or on your mobile device) and that project will appear automatically. You may need to enable the project on a mobile device: How to use the Project Dashboard on Mobile.
New Customers
If you're new to Fieldwire, you can join this project by following the steps below. We recommend that you're connected to WiFi since this process involves downloading all of the project data. (For more information, check out this article: Q&A: Is my mobile device's internet speed fast enough for Fieldwire?).
Step 1:
Follow the link in your email. Once you've found the email, select "Go to project".
Note: The email will be from Invites@fieldwire.com, and the subject line will be similar to "[Fieldwire] Andrew White has invited you to join..."
Step 2:
Create your account. Simply enter your first name, last name, and email, then choose a password.
Note: You only need to enter a password once to sign-up to Fieldwire.

Note: If you see the screen below instead of the sign-up screen, it is because you already have a Fieldwire account. If you can't remember your login details, you can select "forgot your password" and create a new password so that you can log in.

Step 3:
Download the Fieldwire app and log in to Fieldwire.
Step 4:
Once you've logged in, the new project will automatically appear as 'disabled'. Enable the new project.
Note: If you would like to access this project through the app (which will allow you to view the project even if you're offline), then select the project and select "Enable". Make sure to enable your project while still online.

Tip: Give it a few minutes for your project to completely load (time will depend on the project size and the speed of your connection), and after this, you're all set to use Fieldwire on your mobile device!

Can't see your projects? Make sure you've signed in with the correct email address (i.e. the exact email address that was invited to the project). You can also refer to this reset password article for additional guidance: How do I unlock my account or reset my password?
If you are running into the inaccessible content page (shown below), your email address may have been removed from the project, your email address may have been entered incorrectly by the person inviting you to the project, or you could be logged in under the incorrect email address. If this is the case, ensure you are logged in under the correct email address, and then click the blue "Request access" button.
