Overview
The Fieldwire EULA (End User License Agreement) takes effect for Fieldwire users when they sign up for our services. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license for one copy of the App downloaded directly from Fieldwire or from a legitimate marketplace.
Sharing credentials or logging in under a different user’s account breaks the EULA. Fieldwire is not responsible for data loss or sync issues if the account is in violation of this agreement.
Violation of the User Agreement
If our system detects more than three unique mobile devices associated with your account within a 24-hour period, you will be notified that you are currently breaking the EULA.
At Fieldwire, we allow several concurrent log-ins for the purpose of personal use (e.g. laptop, desktop, tablet, or cell phone). However, we need to ensure that users do not share credentials.
If you have received a notice, please reset your password to prevent other individuals from logging into your account (here's a guide for how to do so: How do I unlock my account or reset my password?). Alternatively, you can invite other individuals to Fieldwire in order for them to have their own unique account information.
Accounts that continue to violate our EULA will become suspended.
